Include your app version, device type, and a short description. Never send your password, reset code, or verification code.

Community safety

Use the in-app Report action when you can access the content. For account access or a safety issue you cannot report in-app, email support with enough detail to locate it.

Moderators are not emergency responders. If someone is in immediate danger or crisis, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.

Account deletion

The authenticated deletion control is in Profile → Settings. If you are locked out, read the verification steps before contacting support.

Tell us which page, device, browser, or assistive technology was involved and what prevented you from completing the task.
